Marketing Operations (MOPS) is vital for tracking campaigns, reporting, and ensuring compliance. It’s also vital for allowing the team to deliver leads from events into the sales team for follow up, which in turn delivers on pipeline and ROI. Susannah supports the marketing team to achieve the best potential ROI, ensuring workflows and processes deliver on time and with precision. From campaign creation and implementation to client liaison and managing compliance and data, Susannah's attention to detail and strategic oversight are critical. Her support alleviates the pressure on team leaders, allowing them to confidently deliver impactful campaigns.   • Work on one centralised source of Marketing events/ webinars/ downloadable content that can be shared by the team and worked on simultaneously. Developing a master list for the whole team to work from.

  • Project management for logging, reference and messaging using software tools with an event management focus. 

  • Marketing Operations for compliance – making sure all company and data compliance is completed at the right times in each step of the process. Liaise with vendors until approval is reached. Liaison with event managers in the run-up to events.

  • Data uploads for events, making sure data is compliant from the start. Once data is uploaded, flow out to the team for following up.

  • Participation in regular team meetings, updates, calls, event briefs. Team meetings at different levels across different groups of bigger marketing team meetings and campaign/event/team meetings. Balance with ‘business-as-usual’ tasks

  • Event desk support – resolving attendee issues in the lead up to big events. Tickets, travel, registrations, attendees etc. answer questions and heading off pre-event issues. 

  • General support where needed - campaign amendments 

  • Landing page creation for events
